Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC)

Developing Future Citizen-Soldiers

The Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) is one of the training programs under the National Service Training Program (NSTP) that prepares college students to become disciplined, responsible, and service-oriented citizens while developing the leadership and military skills needed to serve as reservists of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP).

Through structured military instruction, leadership development, physical training, and civic engagement, ROTC equips students with the knowledge, values, and confidence to contribute to national security, disaster response, and community development.
